How to buy

1. Please register a account to continue buy the ticket.

 

2. Choose the time you want to watch the shows.

 

3. Choose the ticket you wan, ex: 2 Ticket VIP A (Adult)

 

4. Please fill up the Real Name to complete get the ticket.

 

5. Please click View Cart > Cart to check show details, if comfirmed please click Proceed to Checkout.

 

6. Please fill up the details needed and using payment gateway to complete get the ticket.

 

7. Success using payment gateway to buy the ticket, the Order Status will be under “Processing/Completed“. Your order might need to wait for 12 hours before it change to Completed.

Note: If your payment status becomes “Pending Payment” after your bank account has been deducted, kindly show the payment proof and the email received to our physical counter BEFORE THE SHOW STARTS. There will be strictly NO REFUND for expired seats.

 

8. Please Login > My Account > Purchased events to get the ticket.

 

9. Please click View Ticket to get the ticket details to show us.

 

10. Pending or On Hold Payments: If your payment status shows as pending or on hold, but your bank has already deducted the amount from your bank account, you are required to visit our physical counter for verification.

 

10.1 Verification Procedure: To verify your payment status and provide proof of payment, please attached your payment proof to CS WhatsApp +6011-51007000 and visit our physical counter during operating hours. Our staff will assist you in verifying the payment and completing the transaction process.

10.2 Deadline for Reporting: It is important to report any discrepancies in payment status before the ticketing process concludes. Failure to report the discrepancy before the end of the ticketing period will result in FORFEITURE of the payment and NO REFUND will be issued.

10.3 Required Documentation: When visiting our physical counter for payment verification, please ensure to bring along any relevant documentation, such as transaction receipts and order ID, to support your claim.

10.4 No Refund Policy: Once the ticketing process concludes, NO REFUNDS will be issued for payments that were not verified within the specified timeframe.

10.5 Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes regarding payment verification, our staff will work with you to resolve the issue amicably. However, the decision of our verification team will be final.

10.6 Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to amend or update this payment verification policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
