Refund policy

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable circus ticket we do not provide refunds after the ticket is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any ticket on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase.

Promo Code/Voucher Apply

1. Promo Code Application:
a. Promo codes are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
b. The responsibility for applying the promo code rests solely with the user during the ticket purchase process.
c. Promo codes must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after the payment has been made.

2. Failed Promo Code Application:
a. In the event that a user fails to apply a promo code during the ticket purchase process and completes the payment without the discount, we regret to inform you that the discount cannot be applied retroactively.
b. We are unable to issue refunds for the difference between the full ticket price and the discounted amount.
c. We are unable to cancel the order for reorder purpose.

3. User Responsibility:
a. Users are encouraged to carefully review their order before making a payment to ensure that the promo code (if any) has been successfully applied.
b. We recommend verifying the correctness of the applied promo code, including its terms and conditions, before finalizing the payment.

4. Limited Availability:
a. Promo codes are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
b. Once the available quantity of a promo code has been exhausted, it will no longer be applicable, even if the user attempts to apply it during the payment process.

Physical Voucher Apply

  1. Ticket voucher are not for resale.
  2. Ticket voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. This ticket vouchers is for age 3 to under 18 y/o Student only.
  4. The voucher is valid one (1) time use only.
  5. Only the original copy of the voucher is acceptable.
  6. Lost, damaged or stolen voucher will not be replaced or refunded.
  7. Valid on limited days or dates use only.
  8. Non-stackable with other promotions/promo code.
  9. Each child below 12 y/o must be accompanied by an adult over aged of 18 y/o .
  10. This child ticket voucher can be redeemed at the physical counter.
  11. Upgrade the seat zone, please top up the balance at the physical counter.
  12.  Reserved your seat area in advance to choose your preferred zone.
  13. Seats are limited, show proof of age to use voucher & redeem.
  14. Great Pacific Circus reserves all right to amend T&Cs at all time without prior notice.

Missed/Reschedule of Show Time

The rule that customers or audience members who miss a circus performance and request to attend another time or date each tickets must pay an additional MYR25:

1. Maintaining the Program Schedule: Circuses typically have tight performance schedules, and missing one time slot can disrupt the entire program, affecting the experience of other audience members.

2. Seat Reservations: When purchasing tickets, audience members usually choose their seats based on specific time slots. If they miss the scheduled time, these seats may remain vacant, causing potential loss of revenue for the circus team.

3. Additional Resource Costs: To accommodate latecomers, there may be a need to reorganize seating, adjust personnel arrangements, or provide extra services. These additional resource costs may need to be covered by the latecomers.

4. Encouraging Punctuality: The additional fee rule incentivizes audience members to arrive on time, ensuring that the program proceeds as planned while reducing inconvenience and extra expenses for the circus.

When circuses implement the additional fee rule to handle latecomers, there are also the following reasons:

If audience members miss their scheduled time, rearranging their seats may hinder the entry of other audience members. Therefore, the additional fee helps partially offset the losses incurred due to seat rearrangements.
